Heather Gawel
Heather is the Founder & Product Practice Lead at Momentum Product Co. She works with B2B SaaS companies as a fractional product leader and runs hands-on AI workshops for product managers, founders and cross-functional teams in Waterloo, Toronto and the US.
Heather leads PM Waterloo, a not-for-profit community run by product people for product people in Kitchener-Waterloo.
Heather has spent 15 years in product and has led teams managing $100M+ portfolios. She was VP of Product & Design at Aurora Solar and Director of Product at both Loopio and Axonify. She holds undergraduate and graduate engineering degrees from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier’s Lazaridis School.

Jeff is a product leader with significant experience in growth stage B2B SaaS companies where he thrives on the energy and chaos inherent in building new products and new companies. He brings a passion for community development to CatalystaConnect.
Jeff was Director of Product Management at Canvass AI, Director of Product Management at Microdea and Director of Product at PostBeyond. He is currently at Wisedocs focused on using AI to help insurers, legal teams and medical evaluators bring structure, defensible and speed to the review of medical records.
